We’re looking for someone like this who can work within our IB Business Risk Management team specifically to:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of electronic communication reviews, including review of generated samples of messages, delivery of exceptional items to supervisors and case management of escalated items
  • Conduct targeted searches on new joiners and leavers
  • Perform trend analysis, metrics production and reporting
  • Manage risk in relation to electronics communication activity
  • Support senior management in driving firm initiatives
  • Interact efficiently and thoroughly with various internal groups

Your team

You will be part of the Business Risk Management team in Krakow, which sits within the Global IB COO function. We are part of the IB's first line of defense. We are responsible for managing Business Risk and ensuring that we have an appropriate and up to date Supervisory and Operational risk framework utilizing our existing IT technologies as well as new innovative solutions.

Your expertise

– 1-3 years+ of relevant experience in a financial services or IT technology environment
– strong skillset in data analysis with ability to interpret and challenge – good presentation and interpersonal skills with an ability to work well with others
– strong work ethic with demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver to deadline
– eager to solve problems both by yourself and by working with others
– good analytical, problem solving and organizational skills - high attention to detail is critical
– strong written skills and experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
– having an understanding of how a bank operates on a day to day basis would be advantageous
– any experience in risk management, audit, compliance/supervision would be advantageous
